氢受体2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑（TTC）在土壤脱氢酶催化过程中受氢后，被还原为红色的三苯基甲臜（TF），产物在485 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征土壤脱氢酶的活性。

• 信号响应： 递增型

①丙酮具有毒性且易挥发，建议在通风处中进行操作，并做好防护措施；

②37℃避光反应完成后应立即冰浴以终止反应；
