①为确保试验结果重复性,加入试剂二后需剧烈震荡,振荡幅度、时间、反复次数以及等待分层时间均应保持一致,检测体系中65℃水浴后冷却时间应保持一致;
②若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议将TG待测液使用试剂一适当稀释后再进行测定,低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
③检测过程中使用具有易挥发性物质,建议在通风橱中进行测定,并做好防护措施;
