检测原理
苯丙氨酸解氨酶可催化L-苯丙氨酸裂解为反式肉桂酸和氨,反式肉桂酸在290 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过吸光值的变化速率即可表征苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性。
