检测原理
巯基基团能够与5,5'-二硫代-双-(2-硝基苯甲酸)(5,5'-Dithiobis-2-Nitrobenoic Acid,DTNB)反应生成黄色的2-硝基-5-巯基苯甲酸,产物在412 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过吸光值变化即可定量检测总巯基的含量。

注:不同仪器及比色材质会对结果产生影响,以实际测定值为准。
注意事项
①若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定;低于最低值建议制备更高浓度的样本后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
