检测原理
漆酶能够催化ABTS生成ABTS自由基,产物在420 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过吸光值变化速率即可表征漆酶的活性。

  • 信号响应: 递增型
注意事项

①若A2测定大于1.0,建议将粗酶液使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;

②空白管为检测各试剂组分质量的检测孔,正常情况下,OD值变化不超过0.05;

③准确在10 s和190 s完成吸光值测定,以确保实验结果的准确性和重复性;
