①实验过程，所有试剂都要需要预冷或者即融，保证操作过程中的低温环境；

②PSMF具有毒性且在水溶液中会快速降解，应现用现加，注意做好防护措施；

③Lysis Buffer中含有Protease Inhibitors，提取后植物蛋白不能用于蛋白激酶的研究
